I started training in gyms when I moved to Melbourne in 2013. Previous to that I had no gym experience. I was training consistently for years, even competing in fitness competitions around Australia with the WFF until I was in a major car accident in 2017. Focusing on surgery and rehab I’ve only returned to full time training and coaching this year and I’m ready to hit the ground running. 

I was super athletic growing up. I started dance at 2 years old across many disciplines. In school I added netball, running, musical theatre as well as playing three instruments. I even tried my hand at rowing. I also helped out at my dance school with the younger classes. I aspired to travel around the world dancing, but chose to head down the path of strength training and holistic health and fitness and haven’t looked back. I plan to head back to ballet for 2022

My favourite sport(s):

I absolutely love strength training. My favourite exercises are deadlifts and pull ups. But I also love non traditional forms of fitness like surfing or MTB. I absolutely love the water! 

I’m a big fan of challenging my comfort zone which saw me complete my very first of many 10km races. Something I’d never dreamed of doing before. 

My hobbies and interests:

I love adventuring, the outdoors and road trips! We are so lucky to live in Tas with millions of hikes, waterfalls, waves etc at our disposal! I love anything to do with water. Kayaking, surfing, swimming, rowing. I’m also I huge basketball fan! Team LeBron all the way!! I live for live music and a good festival. You’ll always find me dancing up a storm! Fingers crossed they’ll be back soon! 

I’m really passionate about empowering others and mental health. Organising crazy fundraisers throughout the year to raise awareness and funds for people who desperately need assistance. I make it my mission to be as approachable and open as possible. 

And my hobby for summer… Getting our other trainer Will to teach me how to use my Longboard!
